From One Joe To Another

Joe Girardi is the new Yankees skipper, announced today by ESPN and copnfirmed by Girardi's agent. He brings a Yankee veteran perspective with a bearlike, in your face approach to managing his club. His experience as a Yankee player defintely gives him an inside understanding of the organization. What he brings as Joe Torre's successor is a little louder in the clubhouse. Torre was known for being a softer, gentler manager where Girardi is definitely not.

So new era...an apparent A-Rod-less era....begins in New York with a new Joe and a new style...good luck Joe....we're gonna need it !
